I Love Him But He Beats Me Up...(Please Advise)

I was interested in a guy who showed me interest but he has been emotionally and physically abusive towards me. He shows me signs of interest and has told other people but gets very jealous when I talk to other people, particularly men. He kept dropping hints for me to come out more with our mutual friends on walks, weekends away and nights out but when I did I come he blew hot and cold and gave me daggers.



In between this I found out he left me early to go on a date, tried to make me jealous and chatted another woman in front of me and swapped numbers, kissed another woman when I had left a venue and then said I could no longer car share with him as he was taking another woman away. I don't get what I did to deserve this treatment. I am a really nice person and do not deserve this. How can I put this behind me? This is not a man I want to date.

What do I do, will he change??
