Son beats his mother to death because she didn’t cook dinner

 
A mother was beaten to death by her own son because she failed to cook
dinner, police in Nigeria said.

Enugu State Police said that they have arrested the young man after
being accused of killing his mother during an argument about food.

The mother, Virginia Agbo, was killed while she was laying in her bed on
 Monday.

According to the police investigation, when Chidi Agbo came home on
Monday, he was disappointed that his mother has not prepared dinner.

He confronted his mother in the bedroom about the food issue, but the
argument turned violent. The suspect beat his mother until she died. He
then left her lifeless body in bed until police arrived at the scene.
